Go behind the scenes at one of Australia’s most advanced avocado processing facilities with owner Joe Bendotti. See how avocados are processed, graded, and packed using state-of-the-art robotics and AI technology. This rare tour is open only during the festival weekend, a must for avocado lovers!

Aerial Adventure Pemberton
Climb among living giants in the shade of the Gloucester Tree on WA’s only high ropes and zipline park! With courses for kids and thrill-seekers alike, this is an unforgettable way to experience Pemberton’s forests from new heights.

Pemberton Honey Co: Beekeeping & Honey Experiences
Step inside the world of bees and honey at Pemberton Honey Co. Join head beekeeper Mikey Cernotta for an immersive, behind-the-scenes experience, from hive to jar. Learn about the art and science of beekeeping, taste award-winning honeys, and discover how nature and craftsmanship come together in every drop.
