Join us for the Pemberton Avocado Festival Gala Night on Saturday, 1st November at the stunning Hidden River Estate - proudly presented by Warren District Transport.
From 6pm until late, enjoy an unforgettable evening of elegance and flavour. Indulge in avocado-themed canapés and gourmet bites followed by a selection of miniature desserts.
Soak in the atmosphere with live music from Steve Vidovich and Laine Wolfe, and enjoy local wines, and craft beers as you celebrate the best of the Southern Forests & Valleys in style. Your ticket includes a welcome drink on arrival, with the bar open all night serving a curated selection of local wines, beers, and cocktails.
Buses will be available from Manjimup and Pemberton for guest transport.
A Culinary Celebration by Chef Ardal
Renowned for his passion for seasonal produce and regional wine, Hidden River’s owner and chef, Ardal, will craft a Gala Night menu that brings the Southern Forests & Valleys to life on the plate.
With a focus on showcasing the remarkable versatility of avocado, Ardal will elevate this extraordinary ingredient in creative, elegant ways, complemented by a rich array of local offerings including marron, pork, lamb, and salmon caviar.
Each flavourful creation will be thoughtfully paired with wines from Hidden River Estate and neighbouring vineyards, offering guests a truly immersive and flavour-forward experience of the region.
